JNB Copper State Bison was founded in the White Mountains of Arizona with a simple mission:

To bring America’s original red meat back to the Copper State.

We’re a family-owned and operated business, inspired by our three boys and their love for animals, the outdoors, and a life built close to the land.

Three boys, always watching. Learning. Growing with it.
That’s what this life is really about.

The JNB in our name stands for Jensyn, Nixxyn, and Brekyn — our three boys, and the legacy we’re building for the next generation to come.

For thousands of years, the American bison fed and sustained people across this continent. We’re proud to be part of bringing that connection back — with respect for the animal and a commitment to doing things right.
